When will I receive my eSIM?
Processing is fast but manual for security reasons. You will receive your email containing the QR Code within a few hours of your order (usually within the day).
How do I know if my phone is compatible?
Most recent smartphones are compatible (iPhone XR and later, Samsung S20 and later, Google Pixel, etc.). A simple trick: dial *#06# on your keypad. If an "EID" code appears, your phone is compatible!
Can I keep my WhatsApp number?
