What documents do I need to enter Turkey?

What are the cancellation and refund policies?
If you must cancel your trip, the charges retained are calculated on the total price of the service, as follows:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: 20% of the total amount is retained.
- Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total amount is retained.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total amount is retained.
The amount due will be refunded within 14 days, via the same payment method used when making your reservation.
Do tours include hotel pick-up services?
Yes, for your comfort, several pick-up services are included in our tours for key moments of your stay:
- Upon arrival: A private driver will meet you at the airport to take you directly to your hotel.
- For the excursion to the Princes’ Islands: Pick-up is organized from your hotel to take you to the starting point of the excursion.
- Upon departure: We organize your private transfer from your hotel to the airport.
For all other activities on the circuit, meet directly at the starting points. This gives you greater flexibility in managing your time and allows you to use your Istanbul Kart (included in your pack) to move around and explore the city like a true Istanbul resident before or after your visits.

No, the flight is not included in the tour.
Only the hotel with breakfast, the transfer from the airport to the hotel and back, and the various activities and museums mentioned in the tour details are included.
How do I book and pay for my tour?

Apart from breakfast at the hotel and the various tour activities that include a meal, the rest of the meals during the stay will be at the customer’s expense.

When visiting places of worship, such as the city’s various mosques, it is generally advisable to wear clothing that covers the upper part of the body as well as the lower part. Do I need to bring water, hats, sunscreen, etc.?
