Should I opt for airport or hotel delivery?
Choosing airport delivery allows you to benefit from a Wifi connection on the way to your hotel. However, delivery to the hotel is safer, as reception receives your Pocket Wifi before your arrival and hands it over to you directly at check-in. If you’re staying in a house or Airbnb, where there’s no one to receive your Pocket WiFi, we advise you to choose airport delivery.
Can I choose the rental period?
You can rent a Pocket Wifi for a minimum of 5 days, and a maximum of 7 days.
How are rental days counted?
The pick-up time has no impact on the rental period. Only the starting day counts. The rental starts at midnight on the day you choose.
For example, for a 5-day rental starting on the 1st of the month, the rental will end on the 5th. You must return Pocket Wifi before midday on the 6th. You can use the Pocket Wifi until you return it.
Can I cancel my rental?
Pocket Wifi is refundable up to one week before the start of the rental period. After this period, the Pocket Wifi is no longer refundable. Cancellation charges are 15%.
Is the Pocket Wifi easy to transport?
Yes, the case is barely bigger than a pack of cigarettes and weighs just 140 grams.
Is there a data quota?
No. Data is unlimited.
What type and how many devices can I connect?
Pocket Wifi supports all types of device: iPhone, iPad, Android smartphones, PC and Mac laptops, cameras, portable consoles… etc.
You can connect up to 10 devices simultaneously.
Do I also need to buy a SIM card?
Pocket Wifi lets you connect to the Internet from your smartphone. You don’t need to buy a SIM card either, as your smartphone should recognize the pocket wifi in the available wifi networks.
