How do I pick up my device at the airport?
It's very simple. A member of our team will be waiting for you at the airport baggage exit (Istanbul IST or Sabiha Gökçen SAW) with a sign with your name on it. They will hand you the complete kit ready to use.
How does the return process work?
You have two options: either you return the device to our agent at the airport before your return flight, or you leave it in a secure envelope at your hotel reception. We arrange this together.
Is the data really unlimited?
Yes, we offer unlimited 4G/5G connection. However, as everywhere in the world, a fair usage policy applies to prevent extreme abuse, but this does not limit normal tourist usage (GPS, social media, videos).
Is the device heavy?
No, the device is very compact and lightweight (about the size of a small thick smartphone). It fits easily into a pocket or handbag without weighing you down.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
