What happens if my flight is delayed?
Don't worry! We track your flight in real-time using the flight number you provide. The driver automatically adapts to your actual arrival time, with no extra charge for waiting.
Where will I meet my driver?
At Istanbul Airport (IST), the usual exit is Gate 14 (or 9 depending on flights). At Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), it is at the main exit. In any case, you will receive precise instructions with the exit gate number via WhatsApp/Email after booking.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
The price displayed (55€ or 80€) is per vehicle, not per person. Whether you are 1 or 6 passengers, the price stays the same. It is often cheaper than a taxi for groups!
Do you provide baby seats?
Yes, baby seats or booster seats are available for free upon request. Please specify this via WhatsApp when our team contacts you after your booking.
How far do you go (Taksim, Sultanahmet...)?
The fixed rate covers all central districts of Istanbul (European Side: Sultanahmet, Taksim, Galata, Beşiktaş, etc.). If your hotel is very far out (outside the standard tourist zone), please contact us to check.
